I ate Gokusio- ramen
It is salt ramen.
and use pork bones, seafood, food of the mountain for a bass in a chicken base.
The soup is really light taste.
The noodles are thin and match it with soup.
You can choose the size of the ramen too.
It is a nice system that someone want to eat a lot or small.
A fried chicken is famous too.
The selling booth has only fried chicken in front of a shop.
I ordered the fried chicken.
The size is big and meat is juicy.
When you eat it that it is hot so please be careful.

The source of the fried chicken is ketchup, mayonnaise, black pepper, guerande salt.
I chose mayonnaise.
I think the fried chicken & mayonnaise is the best matching.
